Open House is Tuesday, August 1st
First Day of School is Friday, August 4th
We have been taking our older students on all our field trips. Some of the trips were meant for younger students. Our older students came on those trips without complaining. We decided to do something special for them. We went Kayaking!!! It was the first time for most of us. We had such a great time!!! We will be doing that again.
The Bless ministry is a program that uses the money raised to start A.C.E. schools in other countries. A school can be started with just $200. Our students raised $214 for the Bless Ministry this year by putting their change in a jar. We are so proud of them.

Christian Covenant Academy started as a thought, like a seed. God grew the thought into action. Every step we took in obedience to God was met with provision at every turn. Christian Covenant Church readily opened their doors and hearts to allow us to begin a school in their facility and we are very grateful.
Through hands-on education and continuous training seminars, Christian Covenant Academy has A.C.E. quality status and is fully accredited through Lighthouse Christian School and Georgia Association of Christian Schools.
We use the PACE program from Accelerated Christian Education (A.C.E.) out of Tennessee. Below is a You Tube video explaining the Pace Program.
We serve students from Kindergarten to 12th grade. We are small which encourages more one-on-one attention for the students. We love to take field trips, and take at least one a month. We love our students and we all become family here at CCA.

MEET
Lori Horne
For several years Lori was an office manager for a plastic surgeons office in Atlanta. She interned at a private christian school for 2 yrs. She has been the Administrative Assistant and Teacher of the Elementary students for the past 5 years here at CCA.
MEET
Clari Douglas
Clari has been a Sunday School teacher most of her adult life. She has been certified by the Child Development Association and holds an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education from Abraham Baldwin College. She has been teaching for 13 years at a private christian school and has been here at CCA for 2yrs. She is fundamental in bringing foundational structure to our Kindergarten and first grade students.
MEET
Lisa Cournoyer
Lisa has been a missionary to several foriegn countries with International Children's Ministry Institute and a couple of other organizations. She has organized and led an inner city Sidewalk Sunday School for 15 years with the help of countless other volunteers. She taught Sunday School many of those years and helped facilitate a homeork club for inner city children. She was certified by the Child Development Association and is currently obtaining an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and Development at Albany Technical College. Lisa has taught at a previous Christian school and is grateful for that opportunity and encouragement. For the past five years, she has been the School Administrator and Teacher of the middle and high school students here at CCA.
